Bush Discourse of Victory Continues

President Bush continues to use a language of vitory when discussing Iraq. The president admitted that US citizens are dissatisfied with the war and he himself is unpleased with the rise in violence. However, the president said: “The people need to know that we have a plan for victory.”
In the run-up to the US midterm elections, the White House has been trying to bolster support for the scandal-laden Republican Party.
